Fees

I accept credit card, check or cash payments. I am a participating provider with PacificSource insurance plan, and I can submit necessary paperwork for Out-of-Network coverage. I offer a 15% discount for those who pay out-of-pocket and choose to not use their insurance. I reserve a limited number of spaces in my practice for clients experiencing economic hardship.

60-minute individual session $185 / 45-minute sessions $140 / New client intake is $225

Cancellation Policy – Please give 48 hours notice if canceling a session. The missed appointment/late cancel fee is $100. On a case by case basis, exceptions may be made for those who suffer from chronic pain.

Good Faith Estimate Notice
As of January 1st, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your first appointment. You can also ask for one prior to scheduling a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
